COFAPRI is registered in Bukavu in the eastern Democratic Rupublic of Congo The organisation empowers women through encouraging income-generating activities such as the rearing of livestock.


If women living in abject poverty are equipped with skills and can access funds to start income-generating activities, handouts will be a thing of the past....

The Pastoralist Child Foundation held its first community educational workshop on February 11th, organized by Samuel Siriria Leadismo, Pastoralist Child Foundation's Founder & Director of Samburu District.

Topics covered were capacity building, FGM, teen pregnancy and child marriages. Two local nurses shared their expertise with the enthusiastic participants.
