Project Pakistan - Flood Aid for Women-headed Households

Due to a heavy monsoon season, Pakistan experienced the worst floods in its history, with heavy rainfall and flash floods.

The floods have affected 78 districts in Pakistan, and more than 20 million people have been affected.

In Sindh, 19 districts with a population of more than 7 million people have been affected.

SDTS started early recovery of the flood-affected women through agricultural support, to 1000 women-headed households. The women-headed households get seed, fertilizer and agricultural implements (tool kits).
