Afghanistan: Taking Women's Rights onto the Street

In July 2011 a small group of young Afghan women took to the streets in Kabul, to protest harassment by men in public places.

The protest was organised by Noorjahan Akbar, the founder of Young Women for Change, and filmed by Australia's Channel 10.
